Insurance/Fees

I do not accept insurance in my private practice. My name may come up on your insurance website because of the work I do at Cedars Sinai but the insurance contract does not carry over to my practice. I am happy to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if your coverage includes out of network benefits. I recommend you contact your insurance to find out the specifics of your plan.

During our initial phone consultation we can discuss fees and any specific needs that you have.

I offer sliding scale based on need and availability.
